Plan, launch, and scale paid campaigns across Meta and Google. Own the targeting, the tracking, and the ROAS for a portfolio of client accounts.

About the role

As a Paid Media Specialist at MaaS by CodeSM, you own paid acquisition for a portfolio of growing brands. You build the campaign architecture, set the targeting and bidding strategy, partner with creative on the testing roadmap, and — critically — you own the measurement layer so every dollar is tracked and accountable. Meta and Google are your home turf; GA4, conversion pixels, the Conversions API, and clean attribution are how you prove the work.

What you'll do

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Advantage+, prospecting, retargeting) and Google (Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube)

  • Own account structure, audience strategy, bidding, and budget pacing across a portfolio of clients

  • Build and maintain the measurement layer: GA4, Meta Pixel + Conversions API, Google Ads conversion tracking, enhanced conversions, and server-side tagging

  • Implement and QA conversion pixels, events, and UTM frameworks so attribution is clean and trustworthy

  • Run a structured creative-testing roadmap with designers and video editors — hooks, angles, and formats

  • Report on ROAS, CAC, CPL, and pipeline impact — and translate the numbers into the next move

  • Manage budgets responsibly and forecast spend, results, and scaling opportunities

  • Stay ahead of platform changes (privacy, signal loss, new ad products) and adapt the playbook

Who you are

  • 3+ years hands-on managing Meta Ads and Google Ads with direct budget ownership

  • Deep with GA4 — you can build conversions, explorations, and audiences, not just read a dashboard

  • You understand conversion tracking end to end: Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google tags, enhanced conversions, server-side GTM

  • Comfortable with UTM governance and the realities of attribution in a post-cookie world

  • Strong analytical mindset — you make decisions from data, not vibes

  • Reliable async communicator who can explain performance to non-technical clients

  • Native-level English with crisp written communication

Nice to have

  • Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications

  • Experience with TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Apple Search Ads

  • Server-side tracking (GTM server, Stape) and Conversions API implementation experience

  • Looker Studio or comparable dashboarding for client reporting

  • Background in e-commerce, lead-gen, or local-service funnels
