About the role
As a Marketing Operations Specialist at MaaS, you own the marketing tech and data layer for our clients. You build the automations, integrations, and dashboards that turn campaigns into measurable pipeline. You sit between Account Managers, paid media, and the client's sales team — and you make all three more effective. Think marketing automation platforms, lifecycle workflows, audience syncs, attribution, and reporting that actually answers business questions.
What you'll do

Build and maintain marketing automations, lead scoring, and lifecycle workflows

Set up segmentation, audience syncs, and integrations across ad platforms and CRMs

Administer client marketing platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Klaviyo, etc.) end-to-end

Build dashboards that tie marketing activity to pipeline outcomes — not vanity metrics

Implement and maintain tracking infrastructure (pixels, conversion APIs, UTM frameworks)

Partner with Account Managers to translate campaign goals into ops execution

Document workflows so clients and our team can scale them
Who you are

3+ years of hands-on marketing operations, RevOps, or marketing automation experience

Fluent in marketing automation logic — workflows, triggers, list segmentation, lead routing

Strong analytical mindset; you can build a dashboard that actually answers business questions

Comfortable with API integrations, Zapier/Make, and modern data tooling

Reliable async communicator who can explain technical work to non-technical clients

You care more about pipeline impact than the tool you used
Nice to have

HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo certifications

Experience with marketing data warehouses, RevOps, or attribution tools

Background in B2B SaaS, services, or e-commerce funnels
