CodeSM's solution was to create a multi channel marketing approach that focused on the unique selling points (USPs) that make Tip of the Tongue different. This approach started with brand development and a communication strategy. CodeSM used them to create a cohesive and compelling marketing initiative. This effort included managing Tip of the Tongue's social media accounts, using search engine optimization to make the rehab facility more visible in online searches. In addition, CodeSM created directory listings, and formulated print materials.
