Bedrock Communities is a private equity firm in New York that wanted to tap into the attainable Florida living opportunities available in mobile home communities throughout the state. They needed to expand brand awareness and overcome the stigma surrounding mobile home communities in order to continue to grow.
Our Approach
How we solved it
CodeSM's approach was to leverage multiple online channels in a professional and cohesive manner in order to educate and engage potential tenants. CodeSM began by implementing targeted Google Ads and Facebook ad campaigns focused on Bedrock Communities' target audiences. In addition, CodeSM utilized a wide variety of third-party listings, such as Zillow and MHVillage, and assisted Bedrock in adding and removing communities from its website as appropriate.

Since beginning work with Bedrock Communities, CodeSM has helped the private equity firm to grow its tenants and its properties while improving its overall brand reputation.
